Minicky Foundation - Corporate philanthropy plays corporate power (in preparation)
Minicky Foundation is initiated by Minicky (full name: Guangzhou Minicky Trading Co.,Ltd) with the hope make contribution to the society. The target of Minicky Foundation is: effectively promote and implement public welfare services of the community.
Constitution of Minicky Foundation
Minicky Foundation is an independent charitable organization and governs in strict accordance with the laws and "Articles of Association". The Council is the highest decision-making and operating department. The Board of supervisors has the decision-making power and executive power. The Executive Committee provides transparent supervision mechanism for Daxingqi Foundation. Separation of the three powers promotes the healthy development of Daxingqi Foundation and continued plays public power.
The vision of Minicky Foundation is gathering public power of enterprises. The strategic model is "a platform and two areas". A platform refers to professional and transparent platform of the fund. Two areas refer to social disaster and social education that Daxingqi Foundation focus on.
Focus Area:
1、Social education:
To help children in social welfare agencies, disabled children, orphans and children from poor families complete their education;To help poverty-stricken areas, disaster areas, old revolutionary base areas and ethnic minority areas solve the matter in the development of social welfare and education;To build charity schools in poverty-stricken areas and to provide education resources.
2、Social disaster:
Pay attention to the requirement of affected groups in disasters; to provide relief to disaster areas in time to reduce the impacts of disasters.
In order to accurately implement the fund and make good use of it, Daxingqi Foundation developed a set of rigorous supervision and approval procedures and set up "Public Welfare Supervision Center".
